Major Description
We want to allow plugins like Avro, Parquet, Memory Group By, and so on to have handlers for the Beam engines. To do this we need a dependency to the Beam Java SDK in core.
To allow these libraries to be excluded by a user we want to store them separately under a `lib/beam` folder.
