[HOP-4578] Workflow Run Configurations aren't properly flagged as changed

Description

If you change the execution information location or the "Default" flag in the workflow run configuration editor, the location isn't flagged as being changed.  
Because of this you don't get a prompt to save the metadata and you don't see any indication that it has changed.
