[HOP-4541] Default installation creates ${HOP_AUDIT_FOLDER} folder

Description

The default Hop build doesn't have HOP_AUDIT_FOLDER set.

The default execution information location is set to ${HOP_AUDIT_FOLDER}/executions

Since the variable is not set a new folder is created called ${HOP_AUDIT_FOLDER} in the Hop installation folder.
