Description

To certain users configuration options feel hidden under menus or in a long list of hop-conf options. 

This issue makes the case for the creation of a new Configuration perspective that gives a home to configuration options:

• Everything in the Options dialog (under Tools)
  • UI options
  • general settings
  • Plugin configuration options (keys, ...)
• The system variables
• Projects and environments
• ...
