[HOP-4098] Allow a specific set of workflows to be logged in Workflow Log Metadata object

Description

When using the Pipeline Log Metadata object, under "Capture output of the following pipelines" you can select which pipelines you wish to log.

However, with the Workflow Log Metadata object, there is no such list; you can only either log the parent workflow only, or all workflows.

A list of workflows that could be entered similar to the Pipeline Log Metadata object would be extremely helpful in order to be able to only log a specified subset of workflows.

Alternatively, the "Settings" tab of the workflow properties could be used in order to activate/deactivate the logging per workflow separately (see also https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HOP-4082).
