[HOP-3937] incorrect exit code on pipelines when using Abort transform

Description

When using hop-run you expect an exit code > 0 when a pipeline fails.

This works in most cases except when using the Abort transform.

when everything goes totally wrong (stacktrace,DB connection error) errorcode 1 is returned. When using an Abort with the option to "Abort and log as error" exit code 0 is returned
