[HOP-3852] DB connection doesn't pull environment variables

Similar to Issue 2422

 

When opening Hop/ project, it seems as the db connections don't pull the entries of the environment properly. I haven't found, what finally triggers, that it starts working.

 

Changing simply the project or environment in the selection and changing back doesn't seemt to help.

 

Noticed on Windows 11 Pro, JRE 8.
