Description

When switching projects the file manager does not properly refreshed and must be done manually.

To duplicate:

Open HOP GUI. Select project: default. Open file manager perspective. Close or leave that perspective open and switch the project to samples. Open file manager if needed - the perspective has not been refreshed.
