[HOP-3818] Let user to create and change the git branch

Description

There is no way to create nor change the current git branch from the gui.
The branch is displayed in the Git Info tab, I'd like a combo in the branch name to select/add.
I'd like to display it at a glance in Data Orchestration.
In case of modified files provide a way to stash them while changing branch.
