[HOP-3298] Remember my last environment choice for each project

Description

Every time I open my project, it defaults to the same environment (it happens to be one that points to my locally installed neo4j db).  I need to click the environment dropdown and pick the environment I want to use.

Can you give Hop the ability to remember my last-used environment so that when I load a project, it uses my last-used environment?
