Description
The explorer perspective would contain a base folders-with-files navigation tree on the top left hand side.
To the right we would have plenty of room to allow plugins to pop up their own content.
It would be nice to have explorer content plugins so that we can have viewers and editors for a variety of file types.
At the bottom of the perspective we can display file information, again with plugins.
For example we could have a tab for file details & permissions, git commit history and so on.
