[HOP-2494] Saving a pipeline or workflow before running doesn't work

Description

Open a sample pipeline, move a transform icon.

Run the pipeline using the "local" run configuration.

You'll see a dialog asking if you want to save the file.

Notice that the file is not saved even though you ask it to do so.
