Description

It would be great to allow the user to add folder shortcuts which are visible across all projects (namespaces).
This way you get bookmarks regardless of the project you're in. 
It would for one thing allow you to more quickly navigate to your main projects folder.

For people with large projects we want to allow an option to store the bookmarks at a project (namespace) level.
