[HOP-2366] Do no use CTabFolder.setSimple()

Description

CTabFolder.setSimple() is not implemented in RAP.

As this is just a cosmetic thing, I'd just delete the lines that use this method instead of wrapping with `Environment.getInstance().isWeb()`.
