Description

Variable HOP_PASSWORD_ENCODER_PLUGIN is picked up when the Hop environment boots initializes.  As such encr.encoder is set and used throughout... except in the Hop Metadata Providers.

So for Hop Run, Hop Gui and so on we need to set the proper metadata password encoder so that encoding of metadata passwords matches the encoding from the selected plugin.
