Every copy of hop needs to have a "Default" project and "Default" environment that is selectable and comes with a full local configuration. – There may need to be a special case around not demanding to know where hpl files etc are actually rooted.
Users should be able to launch Hop, create and save new Pipeline and Workflow files, and run them relative to the path where the files are saved. This is just like it was in the Kettle days.
Currently, while 'previewing' is enabled, one cannot run a pipeline using the play icon (run pipeline). Hop will complain that users need a "local run configuration".
