[HOP-1770] Last row of "Select the action to execute or the transform to create" pop up disappears on scroll down

Description

Clicking on the canvas brings up the dialog "Select the action to execute or the transform to create". After scrolling down to the bottom, the last row disappears and just reappears when moving the cursor (see screenshot)
