Description

In the current version of Dockerfile, there are several problems to build Docker image:

• Default Hadoop version 2.7.3 is too old to get from apache mirror
• Default Hive version 2.1.1 is too old to get from apache mirror
• Building Spark 2.2 requires Java8

It would be nice to fix Dockerfile for building local environment easily.
