[HIVE-8288] HiveServer2 dynamic discovery should create znodes organized by version number & add support for removing server uri's of a particular version from the server script.

Description

Something like: /hiveserver2/serverUri=host:port;version=versionInfo;sequence=sequenceNumber would be better to support admin actions like removing all znodes for a particular version. Also need to add an option to deregister all HiveServer2 instances from dynamic service discovery via command line. Something like: hive --service hiveserver2 --deregister 0.14.0-SNAPSHOT
