Hive does not expand the DOWNLOADED_RESOURCES_DIR path

    Description

      The downloaded scratch dir is specified in HiveConf as:

      DOWNLOADED_RESOURCES_DIR("hive.downloaded.resources.dir", System.getProperty("java.io.tmpdir") + File.separator  + "${hive.session.id}_resources"),

      However, hive.session.id does not get expanded.
