Jam sessions w/ Tez

    Description

      Tez introduced a session api that let's you reuse certain resources during a session (AM, localized files, etc).

      Hive needs to tie these into hive sessions (for both CLI and HS2)

      NO PRECOMMIT TESTS (this is wip for the tez branch)
