JDBC2 statements and result sets are not able to return their parents

    Description

      The getConnection method of HiveStatement and HivePreparedStatement throw a not supported SQLException. The constructors should take the HiveConnection that creates them as an argument.

      Similarly, HiveBaseResultSet is not capable of returning the Statement that created it.
