Description

HMSHandler has three APIs for add partitions: add_partitions_req, add_partitions and add_partitions_pspec. Currently both add_partitions_req and add_partitions APIs invoke add_partitions_core function which was improved by direct sql in HIVE-26035.

We can also invoke add_partitions_core function within add_partitions_pspec API for performance improvement.
