orc.apache.orc.impl.writer.StructTreeWriter write wrong column stats when encounter decimal type value

    Description

      For orc.apache.orc.impl.writer.StructTreeWriter in hive-exec-3.1.1 . In this class, method writeFileStatistics will create a wrong column stats min value (column stats min equals 0) when encounter decimal type column(like decimal(5, 2), decimal(14, 2)). the debug screenshot：
