Repl Load fails with Wrong FS error.

    Description

      For External table replication with staging on source, the replication load fails with wrong FS error while cleaning up snapshots.

      Exception :  Wrong FS: hdfs://cluster1:8020/user/hive/replDir/policy_1646973828/_file_list_external_current, expected: hdfs://cluster2:8020
