Remove com.vlkan.flatbuffers dependency from serde

    Description

      This dependency was added initially as google flatbuffers were not getting published to maven. 

       

      Since this is not the case now (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.google.flatbuffers/flatbuffers-java), this should be removed.
