Description

The class seems to be a close clone of RelBuilder created due to some bugs existing in original implementation. Those issues seem to be fixed now and we should be able to get rid of the copy. In the worst case scenario, if we need to keep it for the time being, we could try to make it extend RelBuilder and override only necessary methods.
