[HIVE-23701] SQL select failing with java.lang.ClassCastException

Description

Below SQL worked fine with no issues on Hive 3:

select distinct column_name from table_name

This SQL without distinct/count clause failing with below stack trace:

select column_name from table_name

After switching task.conversion to none query initiated Tez tasks schedule and completed successfully, can't use this workaround for the deployment.
