[HIVE-23554] [LLAP] support ColumnVectorBatch with FilterContext as part of ReadPipeline

Description

Currently the readPipeline in LLAP supports consuming ColumnVectorBatches.
As each batch can be now tied with a Filter (HIVE-22959 HIVE-23215) we should update the pipeline to consume BatchWrappers of ColumnVectorBatch and a Filter instead.
