Description

Currently, we have set up an ARM CI to test out how Hive works on ARM platform:

According to the results, Hive & Kudu interaction is not available on ARM platform:
https://builds.apache.org/view/H-L/view/Hive/job/Hive-linux-ARM-trunk/25/testReport/org.apache.hadoop.hive.kudu/

this is because that we use Kudu version 1.10 and that version does not come with ARM workable packages.
