Query routing appender registered by

org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.log.LogDivertAppender#registerRoutingAppender

Is leaking reference to the

 org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.log.HushableRandomAccessFileAppender 

On closing operation hooks 

org.apache.hive.service.cli.operation.Operation#cleanupOperationLog
