Description

A sub-task of HIVE-21663. Some items came from the review feedback and some were left out from the initial implementation.
1) Enforce limit being passed into get_tables_ext. Currently being ignored.
2) Filter out some capabilities being returned to called based on the capabilities possessed by the processor.
