HS2 materialized view registry init loading all tables from metastore

    Description

      We're pointing the hive to a remote MySQL metastore with tons of DBs and tables (10k+ tables). When HS2 starts it tries to init the materialized views and currently the metastore API tries to do a full load for every database. It times out after 20 min then HS2 starts without loading MV.
