    Description

      Improve cache key for cache implemented in org.apache.hadoop.hive.metastore.AggregateStatsCache.

      1. Upgrade debug logging to not generate text unless required
      2. Changed equals method to check first for the item most likely to be different, column name
      3. Improve usage of Java 8 Map API
