Delete temporary stats data after some time

    Description

      This is a follow-up for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-1361.
      If the client dies after some stats have been published, there is no way to clean that data.

      A simple work-around might be to add current timestamp in the data - and a background process
      to clean up old stats.
