    Description

      The jdbc driver pulls in a lot of things from hive...and that may affect the jdbc driver user.

      In this ticket I experiment with the extraction of the relevant parts of service(wrt to the jdbc driver) into a service-client module.

      I've opened a PR...to enable commit by commit view:
