Use Hive's own JvmPauseMonitor instead of Hadoop's in LLAP

    Description

      This is to avoid dependency on Hadoop's JvmPauseMonitor since Hive already has its own implementation. HiveServer2 is already using Hive's .

      Need to follow up in HIVE-15644 to add the 3 missing JVM metrics for LLAP.
