refactor TezSession-s to support shared state

    Description

      It would be nice to have shared state for the sessions, to reuse things like clients to get tokens, etc.
      Since the shared state is only useful in multi-session scenario, i.e. HS2, the existing session creation paths thru the session pool can just be made cleaner.
