Issues with the following tests on Windows:

org.apache.hive.hcatalog.mapreduce.TestHCatHiveCompatibility.testPartedRead ClassNotFound: WindowsPathUtil
org.apache.hive.hcatalog.mapreduce.TestHCatHiveCompatibility.testUnpartedReadWrite ClassNotFound: WindowsPathUtil
org.apache.hive.hcatalog.mapreduce.TestHCatHiveThriftCompatibility.testDynamicCols ClassNotFound: WindowsPathUtil

Looks like itests/hcatalog-unit/pom.xml is missing a dependency
