Description

HBase has a lot of parameters which can be specified on a per-scan basis. We could expose these as part of the table properties. (Eventually we might also want to set them via hints/automatic optimization, but that would be a separate task.)

Also, for properties such as hbase.master, we should allow these to be specified on a per-table basis (currently they can only be specified globally in the Hive conf).
