StatsNoJobTask fails to collect fast stats when table have subdirectories

    Description

      StatsNoJobTask is used by StatsProvidingRecordReaders like ORC reader for computing fast basic stats. The stats collection fails when "fs" based stats class is used and when table directory contains subdirectories (typically from union queries).
