Description

HIVE-11349 (which moved the HBase version to 1.1.1) moved Tephra support to 0.5.1-SNAPSHOT because that was the only thing that supported HBase 1.0. Since Tephra has now released a 0.6 that supports HBase 1.0 we should move to it.
