Need to add more e2e like tests between HiveServer2 and JDBC using wiremock or equivalent

    Description

      The current unit tests use ThriftCLIService to test client-server interaction. We will need to mock HS2 to facilitate use of writing test cases where we can parse HTTP request/response.
