Description

EC data writing pipeline is still being worked on, and bugs could introduce program hang. We should add a timeout for all tests involving striped writing. I see at least the following:

• TestErasureCodingPolicies
• TestFileStatusWithECPolicy
• TestDFSStripedOutputStream
