Description

HDFS-5246 changed the default setting of nfs ports for testing, so the default setting for testing is different than for production. This may cause confusion.

Creating this jira to add some description in
hadoop-hdfs-nfs/src/test/resources/core-site.xml
to clarify why they are different than production default so to avoid the confusion, as explained in HDFS-5246.
