[HDFS-6868] portmap and nfs3 are documented as hadoop commands instead of hdfs

Description

The NFS guide says to use 'hadoop portmap' and 'hadoop nfs3' even though these are deprecated options. Instead this should say 'hdfs portmap' and 'hdfs nfs3'.
