Need to correct the following :

Make a Directory

Submit a HTTP PUT request.

Create a Symbolic Link

Submit a HTTP PUT request.
curl -i -X PUT "http://<HOST>:<PORT>/<PATH>?op=CREATESYMLINK
&destination=<PATH>[&createParent=<true|false>]"

webhdfs/v1 is missed.
