Description

Fix some minor bugs in the user documentation and exception messages:

• When the layout version is mismatched, mention the new "-rollingUpgrade started" option in the exception message.
• For the non-HA in the user doc, "start NN as standby" is incorrect – there is no standby in non-HA case.
