Description

The code should be able to cancel the progress of saving fsimage / checkpointing. When fail over happens, the code needs to timely cancel the checkpoint operations so that the fail over sequences can proceed.

The same functionality exists in the old code. This jira proposes to implement the same functionality in the new fsimage code.
