Description

NameNodeRpcServer must not send back a DNA_FINALIZE command in reply to a cache report. DNA_FINALIZE instructs the DN to complete an upgrade process-- not something we need or want for handling cache reports. Thanks to Chris Nauroth for spotting this error.
